Power supplies are not meant to be fixed. If you have electronics repair experience, crack it open and replace the fan with a new pc cooling fan of the same size and power.

Fans stopped working on 2001 kawasaki zx1100

Check to see if fans are working.. if they are replace your thermo switch. Some multimeters have temp gauges on them..check consistency of power to the fans and temperature for the cut in switch.

Hope this helps

Central air unit (the outside unit) works fine then fan stops and makes a buzzing or no noise at all, later works fine again then again fan stops

I would start by testing or replacing the blower motor resistor, it's located next to fan, fan wires goto it. When fan stops try tapping on it. The resistor is more common than the fan

I have a fan forced chef classic wall oven and the fan has stopped working....why ould this have happened/

Hi,

There has several reasons the fan could have stopped working:
-It is possible the fan wiring/connections have become loose or unplugged
-It is possible that the fan motor has worn out or become jammed over time due to debris
-If you recently cleaned your oven, the fan could have stopped working if it came into contact with any caustic oven cleaner.

Hope this helps.

Ceiling fan with light and remote stopped working

It's most likely the receiver for the remote (transmitter) -- it's located under the cover at the top of the fan -- will need replacing.

Neff 1861 oven fan stopped working

Fitting new bulb would not cause fan to stop working.
If it is getting hot, then there is something wrong with fan, try spinning fan by hand, it should be free, and continue to spin under it's own momentum.
Hope this helps.
Plz rate my solution.
Thanks.

Fan stopped

If the fan has stopped, then the processor will overheat. Most vendors have protection so that a non-working fan is detected and the unit will not power up with detecting its rotation. Seems like a repair shop job I'm afraid.
