A C0000005 Error is a Windows System error, not a VFP Error. It is an Exception Error that occurs when a process (application, driver, etc.) tries to execute a processor command that references memory outside the space allocated to that process by the Operating System.
There are many possible causes ranging from corrupt data tables, to a bad network connection, ActiveX controls, or Printer or Video driver errors. Without knowing what type of error you are seeing, it is impossible to guess what the cause may be. ~ Vladmir

Blue screen messages Stop: c000021A (fatal system error)the windows subsystem process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x c0000005(0x7c910cce 0x00c8f998) what to do pls help,,,

There are at least 4 reasons this0x c0000005 may occur. Please read the info on this link: -

http://www.updatexp.com/0xC0000005.html

Combined with c0000021a with the info on this link: -

http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms912848(WinEmbedded.5).aspx

It may be possible to narrow it down to a dependancy driver issue.

This is by no means an easy fix.

One suggested way, which appears the most sensible and quickest, is to do a system repair or restore from a back-up.

You may lose some items such as your emails if you use this option, but your programs and data will not be lost, and you will need to update those hundreds of megabytes once again. You may need to reinstall some drivers and security programs after repairing, but most should not be affected.

If you are able to understand the links, and are prepared for a long and frustrating journey, please try the suggestions on these links.

I am sorry I could not be more helpful.

BLUE SCREEN ERROR CODE OxOOOOOO7E IN XP

If you didn't yet then upgrade to SP2.

Update drivers for all hardware, in most cases this is a driver conflict.

If that didn't solve the problem then scan for viruses with AVG.
http://www.download.com/AVG-Anti-Virus-Free-Edition/3000-2239_4-10320142.html?cdlPid=11006019
Scan for malware with Anti Malware.

Scan for broken registry entires with Registry Mechanic.
http://www.download.com/Registry-Mechanic/3000-2094_4-10190447.html
Let all 3 software repair/remove the errs they find.

If the problem is still not solved then reseat the memory stick to another slot, since 7E with nt status code c0000005 (access violation) could be caused by faulty RAM. Clean the dust inside the PC.

If it still crashes, downclock the RAM.

If it does not resolve the problem, replace the RAM

I would use a bart pe disc or a linux live disc and back up your data first and then re install and install latest drivers, SP 2 etc and see if it does it again.
backing up your data and re install would be easier
