SOURCE: Aopen Ax4sPE-n

AOpen's website search will get you to the right motherboard with downloads for manual. First box = motherboads, Second box = Ax4spe-n will get you to what you need. There is nothing later then 2003 on any of the downloads
Please compensate my efforts as a show of good faith as most people do not know how much effort has to go into troubleshooting their problems and most would rather forget rather to continue helping the technician develop the necessary information to solve the their problems. This may sound like begging but it's not, it's a matter of fact.

How to replace the trans cooler line connector in the radiator with clip 2000 s-10 zr-2

The tanks are plastic and if the hose fitting broke out then the fix is a new radiator. As in radiator coolers are prone to failure before you invest in a new radiator , consider buying an air to air oil cooler to cool the transmission oil . The oil will run at ambient temp and not at 95 degrees c or hotter and the radiator is not having the load of trying to cool really hot oil. Talk with an auto transmission shop to get some details and I think that you will find the oil cooler cheaper than a new radiator.

CLip of motherboard felt off.

http://www.heatsinkfactory.com/cpu-retainer-clips-intel-pentium-4-478.html

That would be for an AOpen AX4SPE-UN motherboard, because it has a Socket 478 processor socket.

I had it happen to an old mobo in the past, with a Socket 478 processor socket; and no clips.

I used a straight piece of coat hanger, and went from hole to hole, on one side.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/P4-Socket-478-Intel-CPU-Retention-Retainer-Bracket-/140647148266?pt=US_Fan_Heatsin_Brackets_Accs&hash=item20bf392aea

Had a slight bend in the middle, and this bend went partially across one side of the finned Heatsink.

Small piece of coat hanger again, on the other side.
Cut to the right length, and with the correct bend, the two pieces of coat hanger, put even pressure down on the finned Heatsink.

Problem is they twisted. The pressure on the bent part against the Heatsink, made them want to spin up away, from the Heatsink.
So I added a piece of coat hanger on each side, to keep the side coat hanger pieces from twisting.

Hard to explain, and looked like something from Dr.Frankenstein's laboratory.

Worked though.

(Too much pressure, and it will break the plastic retention bracket on the motherboard.
Not even pressure on both sides, and Heatsink will not sit flat on Processor. This = No.
You just have to 'dial it in', (Coat hanger pieces), or use the correct part/s)

CMOS SETTINGS CANNOT SAVED

Try changing the CMOS battery.

Go to any half decent supermarket or electronics store and ask for a CR2032 coin cell battery.

open your computer case and find the exact same battery somewhere on the motherboard and change/swap them over. There should be a silver retainer clip holding the battery in to its housing, release this clip and insert new battery.

Oil cooler above oil filter is leaking how do you get off and fix it. The two line's will not come off

There is a spring clip that holds them in. If you buy a new line assembly, they usually come with a plastic tool to release the clips. Once the clips are released, you usually have to pull and wiggle the line to get it to come out of the fitting.

The bracket clip that holds the fan down broke. Is there a fix or do I buy a new fan?

If you are innovative enough one can improvise by simply hold the fan to the heat sink with copper wire in case only one bracket is broken. The fan only requires to be on the heat sink to remove heat from the processor. Otherwise the fan & heat sink as one sealed unit only. Else try out the junk yard and see if you can hunt for one where PC's are dumped !

However if you want your PC to last for 2-3 yrs more, trouble-free, then my recommendation would be to replace the fan+heat sink unit, 'cos if the heat conducting paste between the processor & heat sink, if disturbed cannot be replaced to its original capacity & the processor will overheat and the PC will auto shut down repeatedly, till the processor is damaged permanently! .............................sodeep

Electrolux Epic 6500/ handle clip broke....

The clip can be replaced by taking apart the handle. Small round plastic inserts cover up the screws that hold the handle together. Use a very small screwdriver to pry them off, then use a small screwdriver to remove the screws(Some of the screws may be star screws requiring a special screwdriver. The top part of the handle will then lift off and you will be able to change out the clip. Before reasembling the handle, clean the contacts which attach to the hose and be careful that you do not bend the contacts. It is kind of tricky to put back together.

Good Luck
