I didn't receive the sausage attachment

Good morning Deborah.

The route to satisfaction will depend on the circumstance of expecting the sausage attachment. If the Mixer was supposed to have the attachment included in the same box, your best bet is to call the manufacturer help line and just say you have a missing part. Get the UPC/bar code from the box, and be ready to quote back any printing on the box like 'Includes Rock Crusher, Turnip Turner, and Sausage Attachments'. It's not all that uncommon for boxes to be mis-packed, especially if it's being done by new-hires brought on in anticipation of holiday sales volumes. Most manufacturers will be pretty cooperative in getting missing parts sent to you.

If the sausage attachment is a separate item, say included as a special deal of 'buy the mixer, get your choice of sausage maker, cheese grater, or kitchen fan attachment' and this was shipped to you, it's pretty likely that the accessory part was shipped separately, and possibly not even from the same place. Call the vendor you bought from, tell them the situation, and ask them to confirm shipping. Sometimes, a special may generate more enthusiasm than expected, so the answer might be 'um, we sold out on the sausage maker, it'll ship in 2 to 3 weeks. Some places will be proactive in contacting you about this sort of thing, others will 'notify' you by changing the response to tracking inquiries from 'shipped 2 days ago' to 'backordered'. If you bother to check.

I recommend calling over e-mailing, if possible. Make sure you ask the name, or employee number, of anyone you talk to, so that you have a record of names, responses, and such in the event you need to escalate up through supervisors or managers.

Good Luck!

Looking for help with Hobart FP 100 what does the circuit RC part number do? Is this a start cap for the motor. My motor will not start.

This is the start capacitor. value is visible as '0.33 uFd' but the voltage rating is not.
You will need both to procure a replacement.

I recommend this company if they have the part:

Mouser Electronics Electronic Components Distributor

They have no minimum and charge actual shipping cost.

How do I find someone who can supply me with Uniworld mixer parts.

By the time you get these, postage and shipping etc, you may as well buy a cheaper handmixer.

Mixer makes terrible sounds then stopped working

Hello Emily, the problem is the internal gears have broken, stripped or popped loose due to heavy loads during use. The solution is to go to the KA site and get a parts list for you model machine first thing. You can download it from here
you will need the full model number for the correct parts list. then you will need about 30 minutes and an open work space and a couple plastic bags, a roll or paper towels and a little patience.
Yow ill be opening the machine cover removing it and placing the screws in one of the bags and mark on the bag with sharpie pen "cover screws", next you will need to remove the transmission cover (messy) and removing the gasket, toss the gasket (you will be ordering a new one $6.00 bucks) place the cover and screws in bag and mark. then look at the gears inside you will see several, rotate by hand I believe that you will find the culprit, it is more than likely the "worm follower gear" BTW if you open the machine and the transmission cover is black plastic check it for cracks, it was a major cause of this problem some years ago and KA has since relsoved the problem by the use of an all metal transmission cover, if it is cracked you will need a new one ($26.00 plus shipping) now find the broken gear and order a new one and replace it. Next if the grease inside your mixer is not all watery you can reuse it by scraping out with a popsicle stick and put in something that you can easily get it back out of for later use. if the grease is all watery you will need new ($7.00 bucks) (all the parts can be bought at several sites on the internet at once to cut down on shipping) Then re-assemble. There are several good if long winded videos on youtube that go through the tear down and replacement and re-assembly of the 600 machine that will guide you through process. Good luck and be patient.

Ksm95 won't power on

Most have internal relays that can only be replaced by opening the unit. Unless you are experienced technician, I suggest a local repair or fix shop. Kitchen Aid will also repair the unit if you ship it back to their factory with return postage. If the warranty is out, the cost for repair, shipping, could exceed the cost of replacement. Good luck.

I have a KP26MIXWH mixer that when I turn it on at it's lowest speed it immediately runs up to it's highest speed and then stops. None of the other settings will get the motor to turn althoug

On the professional 600 model there is a speed control board (Computer board) that is probably the culprit. Easy fix cost $30-$35.00 dollars for the part plus shipping. if you are under warranty then Kitchenaid will fix. If not you can do it quickly. Go to kitchenaid site look for support tab on right top side of window and click it, look for get user guides and manuals in the next window, click it, enter on the right side of the next page the model number and who you are (consumer), then you will be taken to another page that has the manuals listed on the left the upper manual is for user guide the lower manual is for parts list. Down load the parts guide / list so that you can find your particular speed board and it will show you how to disassemble and replace. It really is an easy fix. Not messy or complicated, just take your time and lay your parts out in a manner that will make YOU remember how they go back in. There are no other computer boards in the mixer so you will have no problem recognizing it. call Kitchenaid customer service and ask where the nearest service center is, if you live close by take your part number to the center and you can probably get it at the parts desk (fast parts, more expensive than internet, no shipping costs) Please let us know if this helps or if you need more help, that's why we're here.

Need new beaters

I have the exact same problem. I called B&D at 1-800-231-9786 and they can send the parts, but including S&H to NL the total cost was to be $25.37. I figure that I can just buy a new mixer for that price. The cost of the beaters were $11.39 and shipping would probably be cheaper to ON. Good luck.

Kenwood Chef A702 mixer stopped running

You should sell it for parts on eBay. You may not get much, but anyone willing to pay for shipping will appreciate whatever parts are still working.

Accessories for KSM90

Hi. If you haven't already, contact Kitchenaid parts dept. They will probably have what you need. Be prepared to wait about a month for the parts to arrive, as their parts dept. has only one speed...Terminally slow. You can download the parts list and drawings for your mixer so you'll know what the parts numbers are. Ask them about shipping costs. Good luck! ricardok45.

Replacement parts for Wolfgang Puck stand up mixer

Very close; stand mixer parts (included accessories and manual only) can be accessed from this page:
Just select your mixer's part number (located on a sticker inside the base) and click the link for a list of available parts. You will have to create an account to see anything useful, but all they ask for is your name, a password and an email address. When adding items to your shopping cart, be sure to check the 'Select Item' box. The ordering page will ask for the usual info. Prices are reasonable, but beware the shipping cost!
