Question about Boating
I found this problem recently. When I punch the throttle the engine "stutters", almost like its getting to much fuel to quickly, for a few seconds before it starts going and when at speed it runs like hell. What could be the problem?
Make sure all cyls working , running , and with airbox off while ticking over advance thottle slightly and make engine struggle place your fingers over each intake slightly to see which cylinder picks up , then thats the carb to clean the most ie , youve taken all carbs off so clean all ! P...

have you left the choke open ? this mixes more fuel to the engine upon starting but will stall it if left open too long . check your fuel filter too it may be full of debris.
