Question about Cell Phones
If it is a samsung captivate, u may have to reset it by turning the phine off first. Next, hold the power button and volume up and down buttons at the same time. When the phone turns on let go of the power button but contiue to hold the volume up and down buttons. You will enter recovery mode. Now select delete all user data and then delete all cache data. THIS WILL WIPE YOUR PHONE so back up everything before you do this. Once you have done the deletion of user data and cache data, select reboot system now and the phone will restart and the previous password will be removed. And there you go. your all done.
