You could search for this file in c:\windows\servicepackfiles\i386, provided you have the service pack files copy in this folder.

If the system came with a cd for the keyboard, reinstall it. otherwise, reinstall the windows.

Sounds like rundll32 got currupted by the virus, this is not uncommon. Perhaps you should locate a good copy. This site seems to have a good tutorial on how to do that:
