Question about Garden
My RZT 50 mower is leaving strips of grass on the left side like its completely missing a 4-6" strip. I put on new blades and still didnt help. Any ideas?

I hope this will help you...under the side panels on each side of the mower, there are "reverse lockout safety switches", they are supposed to stop the blades when both handles are pulled back. If one or both of the switches are out, the deck will not engage. Also, under the right side panel (when sitting on seat) there should be 3 relay switches, the one closest to the motor controls the PTO., if this is out, the PTO will not engage.

The saftey wires wont cause it to slow down.Thats more of a fuel problem.Check the carb remove and clean the float chamber.Also check advance and ****** springs are still in good working order on carb.

I have the same exact problem!!! Please email me at email@example.com with any help and or suggestions. I just bought the mower yesterday from an individual that barely used it. I sure am hoping that the electric clutch is going out or something like that.....HELP!!!!!!
