How to take out bearings out of housing on castlegarden 17,5/102 deck

Hard to say without model numbers but from what I seen about them it looks as if you have to knock it out from the underside of the deck pushing it thru the top. Use another bolt to put in blade hole so you don't ruin regular one. Hit it with a hammer or press it out.

I have a 2005 xj 160 hd 15.5 hp castlegarden ride on.The full bag alert has stopped working, I have changed the sensor but still no go.What else could be wrong

call factory service and ask. phone number on sticker on machine and in owners manual. I assume that you have some kind of ride on lawnmower. also, no one ever thinks of reading the owners manual troubleshooting guide. of course before you can read it,first you have to find the owner's manual. You can download a pdf owners manual from the manufacturers website.

Replacement blade for castelgarden C390 lawnmower

What Geographic location please?

UK:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mountfield-Castel-Garden-EL390-R-C390-K390-Mower-blade-/280561700508

The blades on most sites are listed under Mountfield / Castel / Lawn King
There are 41cm and 37cm blades listed as fitting this mower. Seems odd that there is a 4 cm difference for the same mower.

As best I can tell this takes a 15 inch blade PN: 81004117/1 (
http://www.gardenhirespares.co.uk/product_list/81 See 15 inch blade

Thanks for choosing FixYa,

Inspection
Inspect the drive belt for signs of glazing or cracking. A glazed belt will be perfectly smooth from slippage, while a good belt will have a slight texture of fabric visible. Cracks will usually start at the inner edge of the belt and run outward. All worn or damaged drive belts should be replaced immediately.

  1. Raise and support the vehicle.
  2. Remove the engine splash shield.
  3. Rotate the drive belt tensioner clockwise to release the drive belt tension.
