There is a little spring clip, kind of like a c-clip, but springy, that slips into a groove on the window winder shaft-holding the crank handle from falling off the shaft, or being pulled off. The ends of the clip have to be spread out and pushed back slightly, and the handle can then pull off.
Auto parts stores sell a cheap hand tool to slip between the door panel and under the winder center part-to catch the clip ends and then push it back a little. A well known trick is to use a rag slipped under the handle center, and then you saw the rag back and forth until you catch the ends of the clip, and force it back enough to pull the handle off. Not sure if that will work on your car, from the look of it, it did on older Toyotas, though. If you can press in on the door panel around the handle just a bit, and see if you can look in there below the winder, you might see part of the clip, either the ends barely sticking out from one side, or the bulging other side of the spring clip... you may be able to get a very thin screwdriver in there and push on the clip. Sometimes that works. If you can get a look at it, you will see how to get it off. Sometimes cars throw a curve and have a totally different retainer, lol.

LE flashing symbol where time left should be

LE is a locked motor error. 95% of the time this is just a bad hall sensor (motor position sensor). A technician should be able to ohm out the hall sensor to make sure.

The part is relatively inexpensive and easy to replace. Hope this helps, please rate my solution.

Circuit breaker

I was able to get a replacement 5 amp MB-1 push to reset circuit breaker for my Flowtron LE-900 directly from Snap Action for no replacement cost and no shipping/handling cost. No one at Snap Action enquired as to what it was for, age, warranty, etc. (their MB1 product description indicates it to have a lifetime guarantee). I just had to mail them the defective original breaker - took about 2 weeks to receive the replacement.

The SE and LE indicate opinions on the cars. Most of the parts will interchange. When doing engine changes, the best way is to swap the ECM also.
