I was installing new firmware, it froze for hrs at 50%

I unplugged it, since than it doesn't turn on

same problem. Stalled at 50% and I disconnected. Now it won't turn on. Did you find any answers? Maybe there is a factory reset by pushing buttons in a particular series.

While i am listening to songs suddenly it stopped working i tried to reset but still not working . my sandisk-sansa mp3 is not getting charged even though its connected

sounds like its defective if it is not charging. Or the battery is going bad, is there a way you can replace the battery? As for it suddenly stopping, try a different album, maybe its specific mp3s that are corrupt? All else fails call up the company and see what they say.

Ipod nano - stopped working - will not come on anymore

Do the 5 R's suggested in the user's manual first. If those fail, then the player has an internal problem and needs to be replaced.

Sansa Shaker stopped working

Hello there. i hope i am not too late with my solution. The sansa shaker has acted like yours is some numerous times but the solution can be as simple as ever. Try replacing the battery with a brand new one. However if this solution does not work simply take it back to the place you bought it with the slip and tell them your problem... they will probably give you a new one.

Sansa shaker suddenly stopped working

Hi macys mom. try checking the audio files in the memory card through the computer. then if the are still there replace them with back up ones or just put in new ones and see if this resolves your problem. Hello audreytagle. i would advise you the same solution as macys mom and if that dose not help you get a brand new battery "energizer" to be specific. I hope i have solved the both of your problems thank you.

Hi, please help. my sony nw-hd5 mp3 has suddenly stopped working. the screen just went blank. everytime i press play nothing happens. its not the battery i have charged it. the problem ocurred...

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

also, check Sony's website - they have THE BEST website of any mp3 manufacturer - bar none.

i think that your mp3 players battery has died of use or overcharge and you need a new one so i would take it to a retailer of your mp3 player and see if they can get a new battery for you
