Question about Refrigerators
Water intermittently leaks from the gasket of the freezer compartment door (bottom freezer compartment. Ice also builds up on the floor of the freezer compartment. I can see no drain holes in the freezer compartment. Seems like it may be a defrost related issue, but what.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Hi, Is this a wwhirlpool brand fridge?
The drain is plugged in the freezer section. If I could get model #,I can get you ezact instructions.
If the floor panel in the freezer has screws holding it in, remove the fllor panel. Now you will need to remove the rear panel inside the freezer as well.
If this is a Whirlpool brand, there is an after market drain heat strip that you will need to add to the defrost heater.
Please let me know if I can assist you further.
