White macbook 10.5.8 pop spilled on keyboard

Ooouch ! After you've dabbed up (the spill) as much as you can, you may find some keys sticking ... i.e. when you touch (push) it (down), it doesn't pop up immediately. These are the keys you'll want to clean individually.
You can pop off the key top off (with your fingernails) from the top corner of the key. Once the key-cap top (cover) is pried open, lift the key-cap upwards and detach it from the bottom edge. You'll hear pop's when you do this. Once the key-cap is off, you'll see the mechanism under it. You'll want to clean things as best as you can ... very carefully. If the underside of the key top (cap) is sticky/dirty, rinse/wash it (with water), dry it well (before reinstalling it). Often the "stickiness" is caused by the (white translucent) plastic pieces (at the very top) not dropping flat down (immediately) after you lift it. (You wouldn't want to disassemble the parts below the (white translucent) square plastic pieces. Just clean/wipe it carefully using a cotton swab/toothpick).
You can remove the top (square plastic) pieces by pushing the tabs at the bottom corners ... downwards ... using a toothpick. This "top" square piece is actually two (square) pieces (snapped together), one inside the other. The inside piece is supposed to spin easily/quickly .... if not. it's probably sticky/dirty, rinse/wash it (with water), dry it well (before reinstalling it).
The trick is to make sure you know/remember how to reassemble the 2 pieces (after taking it apart and washing/rinsing/drying it) applying the right connection points to fit ... before you put the key-cap back on . The key-cap is put in place by just putting it in place and pressing down to snap it back on.
The larger keys (Shift, Space, etc.) has metal bars holding down the cap, etc., so it may take more effort to pop the key top (cap) off.
If you have quite a few to do, and you don't want to risk breaking anything, the Apple store is probably your next stop.

I've just bought a 1994 Honda CB 250, private

If your cap is like any of the caps on the assortment of Honda's I have had over the years, it doesnt take a "key" per-ce, It just happens that your key will operate it ... just as will any thing that will fit into the slot. Press down on the cap and turn the key gently. The latch should retract and the cap pop right off. The key will stay in the cap until you put it back on.

If yours is a latch on the side (I doubt it), same is true ... insert the key, press down on the cap turn the key the cap will unlatch

Having said that ... I must also say to you ... that is my experience with Honda caps in my country. I don't know where you are and it is not necessary for you to say where.

Here is a web site you may find interesting, BTW: http://hrca.honda.com/

Good luck with your Nighthawk.

if a letter of the keypad of your laptop has been popped off, u need to request the key pad which includes the complete panel of the keys including the touch pad. You need to check your warranty and get it replaced.

Gas cap v star 650

best bet would be to get a new one also remembering how much the dealers charge for there products i would go aftermarket threw partsunlimited, cruiser, or Tucker rocky but the dealer still has to order it for you, all have great quality products at cheaper prices than O.E.M replacements unless your still under warranty.

''y'' key is hard to press.

There are little plastic rails under the key cap. Many act like scissors under the key cap. it sounds like the corner of the hinge popped out. Even if I could explain how to fix this it is still very difficult. I suggest taking it to a reputable repair shop. It should be a simple fix for them. If you decide to try, just pop off the key cap, but be very careful as the cap can break as well as the parts underneath. If you do get the key cap off and the hinge is disjointed, you can try to put it back into place. You must also be careful of the little rubber pad underneath. If you loose that all hope is lost.

Problem with sony vaio keyboard

Sounds like you've got something stuck under your shift key. Carefully clean out under the keys, try a paintbrush and a hoover (on low suction if possible).

Be careful not to knock any of the keys off. They're held on by small clips which pop out or break easily.

Dell inspiron 6000 series key cap

you have to have all the parts to the key, laptops have many parts to a key, make sure none have slid under the other keys, if you can't get it on, I suggest you could go to ebay and try to get a key that is fully assembled and only needs to be connected, if you can't do that either I suggest you bring the laptop and the key to your local computer shop or have a tech come to your house.
