Malware can download to your computer just by clicking on a website set up by a hacker or someone. This can be clicking on a link that is in an email sent to you.
If you have a virus scanning software installed on your computer it will detect malwares and viruses and prevent these attacks.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

My FB page was hacked today and I've got a virus. I've changed my password 6 times but everytime I go into FB, it sends out negative videos to everyone on my friends list. How do I fix this?

It sounds like you have Malware.

Go to the website and download the free version of Malware Bytes Anti-malware.

Execute the program. Update it, and run it. Quarantine everything that it finds. Then reboot to Safe Mode by tapping F8 as the computer is booting. Run the program again in Safe Mode. Reboot and you should be fixed.

Change your password on last time to a STRONG one, so one upper case letter and some memorable numbers like a phone number or date. Something like Diamond1969

I have halo 2 rar file but its asks for password dor extraction... if you now the password plz send it to me

Too funny. The password should be obtainable from whichever website you used to get the rar file. But you may want to make sure your virus scanner is up-to-date. Many times the places that provide those kinds of files carry various viruses and malware.

Why wont my Malwarebytes update? Everytime I hit update I get an error message.

Without seeing the error, the best option is to uninstall and reinstall using the newest installer found here.

When trying to login to facebook, after entering my user ID and password and clicking log in, it redirects me to another login page instead of logging me in. I am running IE 9 with Nortons 360

Sounds like you are being directed to a Phishing site due to a virus or malware; do a virus/malware scan on your PC. Also, try going to, which is the secure version; and shouldn't allow a redirect if you do not have malware.

How do I uninstall K9 Protector to enable me to get rid of 'System Tool' malware, because K9 Protector is not responding. System Tool is blocking .exe files.

These are the official uninstall instructions:

Please follow the instructions below to uninstall K9 Web Protection. Make sure you are connected to the internet before uninstalling K9 so your license can be released. If this is not possible, you can continue to uninstall, but you will need to request a new K9 license if you want to reinstall K9 in the future.

  1. Click Start
  2. Click Control Panel. If you can't see this option, it may be under "Settings"
  3. Click Add or Remove Programs
  4. Find Blue Coat K9 Web Protection in the list of programs and click it once.
  5. Click the Change/Remove button.
  6. Click Yes when you are asked whether you want to completely remove K9. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO UNINSTALL WITHOUT A PASSWORD. By design, K9 will block all Internet access should one attempt to uninstall without using a password. Attempts to modify K9 at a registry level will have the same effect.
  7. Enter your K9 administration password and click Uninstall. If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot Password..." link to have a temporary password emailed to you.
  8. When asked whether to reboot your computer, click Yes

After rebooting, K9 will be completely uninstalled.
