Evacuate the hydraulic tank and clean with kerosene.Get as much fluid out of the machine as possible. Replace Filters and if it builds back up with metal SELL SELL SELL it or your in for some big money repairs.

this can be several things wrong , but id start by the basics , new fluid , new filter , check/clean strainers then move on to more serious things like directional control block , and pump/bypass vlv also depending on what type of spool locks you have on your directional control block vlv's , a internal leaking cylinder can do this as well

Do I have to split the track to install new bottom rollers on my E70B?

If you remove the plug for the grease cylinder on the idler arm and squeeze out the grease manually by pushing the pulley wheel in, you can relates enough tension on the track to sag it down and maybe remove rollers. Or you can remove the track this way with a little manual labor without splitting it.

I have hydraulic oil in my radiator, e70b

I am not familiar with that particular machine, but I believe it would more likely be diesel or motor oil, unless of course there is a water exchange hydraulic cooler. If there is, check that for a leak to the coolant. If not, I would check compression on each cylinder, and/or look for signs of a blown head gasket. Other possibilities are probably more serious than even that. I hope this is helpful.

211 cat excavator hydrolics working slow

When did you change the hydralic fluid last? How about the hydralic fluid filter or filters? Is it cold where you are, if so you should be using winter rated hydralic fluid. Also, you may have to turn up the engine speed to get the hydralic pump to put out more volume at a greater pressure.

Cat e70b wont start

Check the glo- plugs are working and check that the batteries are spinning the motor fast enough. Diesel engines need quick revs to heat the combustion air hot enough to ignite the diesel spray. If the engine is old you may need to have the injectors done as they have to atomise the fuel and not spray it in
