I've had them for about a month and all of the sudden its not working, I can head people talking and I can talk back to them, but I cant hear the actual game play noises. And it turns off after like 5 minutes and when I turn it back on it works for another 5 minutes. It's not the batteries, I literally just put new ones in like 3 minutes ago. So I dont know. Can anyone helpppppp :]

Try moving the receiver away from major electronic objects and move yourself closer to the receiver. Does this make any difference? If so, it's interference.
Try replacing the batteries in the headphones.

okay, this is obvious but first of all make sure this switch on your headset is not on mute. If alls good there go to your dashboard settings and you should see communication and make sure none of these are blocked. If this also isn't the problem it looks like you are going to need a new headset. It should have a years warrenty if that helps?

You probably kinked your controller cable. That will cause the mic to malfunction. You should purchase a new controller cable on TurtleBeach's website under "Replacement Parts".
