Question about JVC 20GB Everio GSeries HDD Digital Camcorder
I have the same problem and I just bought mine. It happened on the second attempt to record. I can see the files, but i'm very concerned of potential lost recordings. I'm getting married in two weeks and cant take the chance on this happening during the wedding or reception. I'm taking mine back and getting something else. I love the look and feel of this camera, but the functionality is what I need. Good luck to all!

If you browse the other directories on the camera you can find the .mod files that it had recorded so far.
