I just received this scanner today. The scanner goes through its proper sequence. However, the scanner does not produce an image. All I get is a white/blank screen where an image should be. I've already loaded the software 3x, each time I had other programs disabled. I had the scanner off when I loaded the software. Basically, everything is working except it is not producing an image.

I am using ScanMaker i800/MicroTek Scanwizard 5 v6.202 for PC
when starting scanner get a message that says "color matching component is missing, color profile is bad or there is low memory" tried to change profile but could not find one. will only scan in grayscale, error message keeps popping up.
