Cant get ink levels to show

I have an Epson printer. When I go to the control panel and then printer, properties, the place where I can click on to show ink levels is grey so I dont know which ink color to replace. It worked before I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling

I don't have the solution asked for, but there is a manual solution. When the light on the colour button flashes to indicate low ink levels, open the top of the printer and press the colour button just once. The printer will then move whichever cartridge needs replacing to a marker that looks like a water droplet with a diagonal line through it. The marker is very near the colour button, being down from it and slightly to the left.
