Question about NorStar M7310 Corded Phone
I few months ago, I programed my office's norstar phones to have our names come up on the display. I followed instructions that I found online and it worked great. However, since that time, I have not been able to park calls. All other phones in the building are still able to do so, and I can answer and transfer calls without a problem. Everything else seems to work fine. It's getting to be a hassle to transfer a call to another phone in the office in order to park the call. Any suggestions on fixing it? or is the phone shot? thanks!!
Are you using the feature code to park the calls or a PARK button? If you are using a button, check its real designation by pressing FTR *0, then press the button marked PARK. The display will show you what it is programmed as. To reprogram it, press FTR *3, press the PARK button, then press FTR 74. That button will then be PARK. You should always be able to do it manually by pressing FTR 74 while on a call to park it.
