Problem for Motorola W375 Cellular Phone

I am trying to connect my W375 to the computer but when I do it just goes into storage mode on the phone but not recognized on the computer as a storage device. I have tried to disconnect the cable and reconnect several times and turn off the phone and remove the battery all not working. Can you help me?
