When I tap the icon for DrawCast on the iPad, it loads a black screen before exiting out. It used to actually load DrawCast! How do I get on again before my account is deleted? It's been seven days, give or take a few, since the problem arose.
This happened to me before. You just need to delete the app, and reinstall it. Log back in, an it should be fine. However, once you delete it your previous drawings (that you haven't posted) will be gone. Hope this helped!
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

It's stuck. Exit the app, double tap the Home button to bring up your active apps and swipe everything off to the side or the top of the screen. Then back on the home screen, tap and hold the icon until the red "delete" X's appear and remove DD Casino. Power off (or restart) the iPad, go to the App store, select "Purchased", Select "Not on this iPad" and reinstall it. It should download the most current version.
Before resetting your iPad, save any data you do not want to lose. It WILL DELETE ALL DATA from your iPad. All pictures, music, videos will be deleted. All account info will be deleted. Everything will be set back to like when the iPad was just purchased at the store.
Step 1. Tap Settings, then General. Scroll down until you see Reset.
Step 2. Tap Erase All Content and Settings. ...
Step 3. Just in case you tapped the button by accident, your iPhone or iPad will ask you to confirm the reset, and when you tap OK it will start the process.
Did you try turning the ipad off and on again? Hold the top button till the swipe to turn off comes up on the screen. Swipe it and after it shuts off hold the top button again and it will turn on. You can also delete it and re-install it. Just hold your finger on the application and everything will start jiggling after a few seconds, click the x to remove the app, then go to the app store and re-install. You can also hit the home button twice really fast, and it will bring up apps still in memory at the bottom, click the minus sign to exit an app.
First, tap and hold the icon until all of the icons on the screen are jiggling. In this "move state" some of the icons will have a black circle at the top with an "x" in the middle.
Simply tap the "x" button to delete an app.
I'm getting the same thing! I've tried restarting the app, restarting my phone, disconnecting and reconnecting the wi-fi, but nothing has worked! It worked fine before I installed the update! I'm also interested in a solution.
