Hp deskjet f335 all-in-one printer

Printer stopped printing pictures from (my pictures). Have gone through the trouble shooting procedure on the HP solution. Have reset, changed ports, restarted computer, checked to make sure the printer is default. Try to print a test page No good Have held the cancel button and pushed the color copy and it puts out a good test page that way. Just wont take commands from the computer.

    Try connecting with another computer. If that fails, then there is a bad IF board in printer. Not worth repairing.

Red light is flashing

If you are experiencing bugs, glitches or other issues with your Deskjet F335, reset the printer.

  1. Press the "On" button to turn off the printer.

  2. Unplug the power cord from the back of the device.

  3. Plug the power cord back into the printer.

  4. Press the "On" button to turn the printer back on.

I can not print unless I restart my computer
If you have Windows XP go to Start>Settings>Control Panel>Administrative Tools> Print Spooler.

Stop the print spooler.

Turn the printer off.

Turn the printer on.

Start the print spooler.

I have the same problem.
