I found a clear plastic 1 1/4" round sprocket like disc in our Miele G 843 SCVi dishwasher with part numbers Miele, >PP< 2 , and T.-Nr.3988870.

The part number you quote is for the dishwasher itself. As you say it is 'sprocket like' and that the water didn't drain, I am going to take a guess that it is the impeller out of the pump.

Where does part no. PP-TD20 3 fit in Bosch dishwasher?

Its for big items. Basically, you take out the top shelf, and put it in place of the water spinner that is there normally.

Hi, I have an ASKO D3250 dishwasher and it keeps stopping during the wash cycle and flashing the heavy pots and pots symbol simultaneously. I tried cleaning the filter basket and found a little plastic...

The part is a cap for the drain pump. You can put it back into position by removing the filters and placing it to the left of where the circular filter would be positioned. The part goes in with the part numbers on the bottom facing down. When positioned it should not interfere with the threads for the circular filter. You may have to scoop out the water in the bottom, to have a better look at how it is positioned. It is always normal to have a little bit of water in the bottom filter area (below the silver screen filter).

My dishwasher smells

There are a few possibities...
if you remove the lid and take the two t20 screw off the left side panel at the front you could check the pressure chamber and its hose are not blocked. Use the link and go to page 4, part 263834 and 361113. You can also remove 165263 (remove t20 screw via the sump after all filters are removed) this will expose the pump impellor and you can check for any obstruction.
Try running a 65 degree wash with a couple of caps of baby sterilising fluid. If the d/w is connected directly to the sink, remove the spigot and check there aren't any blockages. I run a dishwasher cleaner thru my d/w every 3 months and every couple of week I will load the machine for a wash, add tab to dispenser and just after starting a 65 degree wash, I will open the door and tip in approx one capful of sterilising fluid.
baby fluid is also good as a sluice wash for your washing machine on 90 degrees (w/m empty, approx every 4 weeks). https://www.bosch-eshop.com/eshop(bD1lbiZjPTAwOQ==)/bosch/gb/prodp.htm?prod=SHU6802UC%2f12&ESHOPTYPE=S
ps I appreciate the link is not for your model but the part placing should be the same.
I hope this helps, Good Luck.

How do I adjust the door of the dishwasher so that it doesn't fall completely open

There is a T20 screw located above the tub (open door to view) toward the left side. Tighten this screw a turn at a time, testing the apparrent door weight between turns until the door is neutral.
