Lost programs and functions I had when I first bought my compute and can not get them back online I saw a video where you use your cd to factory rest your computer so I would like to find that video so I can follow the instructions to reset my computer
If you have the Dell recovery CD for your model Dell computer then boot up with this Recovery CD in your computer and follow the on screen instructions.
If you do not have the Recovery CD for your model Dell then -
You can get the Recovery CD from Dell WEB site, the support download page. Make sure you select your model desktop or laptop, better still, type in the Service Tag number, it is printed on the label on the bottom of the laptop and on the back or sides of a desktop. (If the Service Tag label is missing then go into the BIOS setting and on one of the BIOS pages, the Service Tag number will be displayed). This will open the page where the specific drivers for your model computer are located. Also make sure you select the Windows of the drivers for your Windows operating system. Click on this link to download the drivers: -

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
