Perhaps the Battery is dead? Try another cord/charger with the EXACT same power specs. Does the computer work? Is it just the Battery? Has the AC jack been damaged due to pulling on the cord while plugged in?

CDI MODULES (IGNITORS)
What is a CDI module? A typical CDI module consists of a small transformer, a charging circuit, a triggering circuit and a main capacitor. First, the system voltage is raised up to 400-600 Volts by a transformer inside the CDI module. Then, the electric current flows to the charging circuit, charging a capacitor. A rectifier inside the charging circuit prevents the capacitor from discharging before the ignition point. When the triggering circuit receives triggering signal, the triggering circuit stops charging the circuit, allowing the capacitor to discharge rapidly to the low inductance ignition coil, which increases the 400-600 V capacitor discharge to up to 40 kV at the secondary winding. This 40 kV then jumps the spark plug gap. When there is no triggering signal, the charging circuit is reconnected and starts charging the capacitor again.

Radio will only play using battery power only It will not play plug into power supply

The charging circuit on many devices typically cuts off the power to most of the device, other than the charging circuit. This is done to ensure that the charging circuit is not used by accident, or otherwise, to try and use the device normally. Doing so will usually burn-out the charging circuit, or can sometimes cause the unit to catch fire. You'd be surprised how many people try this and cause fires without thinking.

Charging circuit laptop

About "Charging circuit laptop" I guess you mean plugging in the AC adapter and laptop not charging battery or even not powering laptop.
If so I could be a bad charger or a bad jack or something more severe in the motherboard.

Hp 110 mini will turn on and work but wont charge and the light is blinking steady red. Does that mean the battery is dead or the charging circuit is fried?

If you perform a normal charging cycle on your Netbook and it does not work afterwards, the battery may be unable to charge and will need to be replaced.

Hello, I have a Marquette Mac 6. recently the battery went dead and we just replaced it. but now after replacing it still says the battery is 0/50. I went through the instruction manual and followed all...

hi,
You have to chek the battery charging circuit of your Mac 1200. If the the charging circuit is faulty then the battery will not get charged. In all ecg machines AC line is used only for charging the batteries . Even though if you are connected the AC line the machine will work on battery. It uses a 18V 1.4Ah battery. To get this battery to full charge it need a charging voltage up to 20 to 21.5 volts. Connect the machine to the line and check the votage at the battery terminal. The volatge should gradually increase. If not then the charging circuit is faulty. You have to check the Inductor coil L3 and Thermistor R5 in the charging circuit board after removing the battery and power line.It shouid show an OHMS bellow 5 OHMS. Also you have to check the 24V input to the charging circuit from the power supply.
ok

Battery won't charge

A couple of things could be the problem.
A special circuit detects when the battery needs charging, it is suppose to charge the battery, that could be bad.Sometimes, a special circuit charges the battery WHILE playing the movie.
The battery could be 'dead' not charging and the same circuit tells it to bypass charging and go directly to turning on the set.
If you got it from a person that has the knowledge, they could have bypass the charging circuit and wired it to just turn on.
You did not say that you got it new and in 'charging ' working order.
Usually the batteries have to be replaced after a number of charging. [you did not say how long you had the machine.
If you know how to do it, replace the batteries. If not get someone to do the job.The cost of batteries and labor.

my suggestion is that you allow the batteries to fully recharge(which only happens when the computer is fully off, when the battery is deep discharged.

that will take around 6 to 10 hours each..

NAVMAN 570 PIN

maybe there is a flat or stuffed lithium battery or battery charging circuit in the pin 570.
fix:
leave unit to charge for 24 h
if the battery still dosnt charge because it is over discharged, then you may be able to push some charge in it after the battery is unplugged, after opening the case, and removing the circuit board
