You can change the language settings
Click start control panel regional and language options select regional language options from the drop down list select the language you want also from the bottom drop up list you can select your present location location or another language

Go to start and control panel open regions and language options and open make sure it say English united states if not click on it and change it restart your computer and you should be set .Let me know what happens
