Bluetooth headset wont pair with laptop. seaching for driver? inappropriate parameters

You must put you headset in pairing mode, prior to trying to pair it with your phone. In order to do it, starting with it turned off, press and hold the power button for some 10 seconds, until the indicator light is alternately flashing in red and blue. It is in pairing mode now. Then, bring your heaset close to your computer, and make the latter's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a little while, your headset should appear on-screen. Select it and make it connect. If a pairing code (or passkey, or PIN) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). If the pairing process is successful, your headset should enter the stand-by mode (blue light flashing every few seconds). By the way, If its user guide happens to be missing, or, rather, you need further informations on how to pair it with your phone, feel free to download it from this location.

Yes, sure. Begin with the headset turned off. Then, press and hold the multifunction button until the blue and led lights flash alternately. The headset is in pairing mode. Now, make your iPhone's bluetooth application ('Home screen > Settings > General > Bluetooth') search for new devices. After a while, the heaset will appean on the phone screen. GN 9350 Headset won't charge, blue light remains off I tried the solution of placing the headset on the charging cradle, then pressing both phone/USB button simultaneously The headset light...

Unplug the unit, then take the ear piece and slide the battery off .... When you have the battery detached from the ear piece, wipe off the metal prongs, leave it off for a few minutes, then put back together. Make sure you plug the unit back in. It will take a couple hours for the unit to be charged. That should take care of the issue.
