Everything Flashing, Reset Not Working

We tried resetting our router when it was off. Then realized that was silly, plugged it and reset.
Now all the lights are flashing and won't stop.

We've tried using the reset again (holding in for 30 seconds this time), but it's still doing the same thing.

Any ideas?

- Updating the firmware of your router will do to fix the issue.
