Problem for Fisher Price Fisher-Price L8341 Digital Camera

Camera turns off by itself.
Camera will get stuck on one photo when reviewing photos and can then only be turned off when battery cover is opened.
On lowest resolution, camera now only holds 99 pictures before saying it is full. (got it this Christmas and it held 399 then)
Thinking I just got a dud all together.
Any help please!
