With the oven cold remove the cover on the bottom of oven. The heating element can be removed by a pulling motion to the left and right simultaneously. or you can squeeze the two small tines where they plug into the oven and pull.

Kleenmaid Oven TO901X F13 error

I suggest you contact this appliance timer repair company
They can tell you over the phone whether this is likely something that they can repair. If it is repairable, you just remove the timer, send it to them and they repair it and send it back for $106 plus shipping. There is no charge if they can't repair it.

Replace Bottom Element in Belling XOU270

If this is a fan assisted oven, then there is no bottom element, only the fan element..
Remove the panel at the rear of the oven, there you will see the element, remove any screws that you can see and pull element towards you, disconnect the leads, don't loose them, and replace element.
If no screwws are visible then you will have to remove the oven from housing and do it all from the rear of the oven. Make sure power is off before you do anything.
Good luck.
Plz rate my solution.
Thanks.
