- my controller stopped working. We cleaned the connections, checked the cable. We get a message dualshock not connected. We tried everything but buy a new controller. Please help- Danster01Solution #1

check if connector has been pushed inside machine if this has happened open case and remove port panel either replace poet panel for around $10 on ebay or take a heated soldering iron and heat it in its original place to mold it back into its seat then let cool,otherwise check for hair and dust in connectors and try swapping controllers
