New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Pllease wait

Hi Al. Firmware issue on your main AV board my friend.
You could try updating the firmware with a usb flash drive - you would have to find the firmware for your particular model from the manufacturer's website (assuming they have one).

If that doesn't work.
Obviously, if it is under warranty contact the seller or the manufacturer and they should sort it out for you.
If it is out of warranty then you could try replacing your AV board. Spare parts from TVs damaged in transit or used parts are often listed on eBay and other specialist TV parts websites.
You would have to open the back - remember to UNPLUG IT FIRST - and you're looking for the big circuit board that has all the video inputs in. Find the part number on it and search it on eBay or a site like www.flattvparts.co.uk - replace the board and (assuming they sent you a working board) that should solve your issue.

How do I get a replacement Lights and sounds insert for Safety 1st Walker

Hi

At Dorel UK we're unable to supply spare part items for this particular product - we would only be able to recommend purchasing a 2nd hand walker of the same model to salvage spare parts from it.

How can we find parts of lg model u8360 because my aerial is broken

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

We do not understand the bit about '... my aerial is broken' ;-0(

If it's spare parts for your washer you are after sorry but this FixYa Washer Forum does not supply service centre numbers, engineers, spares or spares sources, software, installation instructions or prices; it is just made up of ordinary guys and gals, probably at home, from all over the world, with experience of addressing problems and giving guidance for free on the web ;-0)

You will either have to search in your local telephone directories OR stay on line and search for '(make) washer service' for instance or '(make) washer spares' and hope that you can find someone reasonably local.
Sorry again ;-0(

If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

Please advice me several companies who can dealer spare parts for LG air-con spare parts

To order parts from LG go to the following link. http://www.lg.com/us/support/parts/support-find-parts.jsp

To find and order parts from Appliance Parts Pros, go to the following link.
http://www.appliancepartspros.com/lg-air-conditioner-parts.aspx

To find and order parts from Factory Appliance Parts go to the following link.
http://www.appliancefactoryparts.com/airconditioners/lg/

Keep in mind, to find and order parts from you specific unit, you must have the correct Model Number.
"Air-Con" is not a Model Number. Also, part numbers work best, when searching for a specific part.

Hope this helps you find what you're looking for and thanks for choosing FixYa.

My Canon AE-1 was working fine but I recently loaded a new roll of film, pushed the advance film lever and it worked fine, went to shoot and the shutter would not fire. It's not the battery as I only...

That fault is typical of the AE1 and closely related models such as the AT1.

First, try seeing if the camera works without the lens attached. If so, then the lens needs attention.

Otherwise, your camera is around thirty to forty years old and needs a thorough CLA service (Clean, Lubricate, Adjust). The internal lubricant films have dried-out and gummed up the workings. Also the foam light seals and mirror buffer will have either decayed to a sticky corrosive goo or will have gone further and dried out completely, falling away as black powder or gluing some parts together.

A professional CLA and a one-off foam replacement (modern material does not decay) isn't particularly cheap and far exceeds the residual value of the camera. But once it's done the camera should be good for many more years and there are huge numbers of high quality dirt-cheap lenses for it. Shoot on film or slide and scan the images and you have results which will still give any full frame dSLR a run for it's money.

Try to use a Canon specialist as they'll have scrap examples of your camera to cannibalise if spare parts are needed, but that model is really well made and unless you're unlucky then you should get away with a CLA and new foam.

Alternatively, unrestored examples are commonplace and cheap/free, so it's not a bad model to gain your own experience on if you're confident with electro-mechanical devices (the simpler AT1 is a better model to start learning on though as it has far less electronic parts). If you ruin it in the process then you gain experience and spare parts for the next attempt.

Good luck.

Lg washing machine model number.wd-10150tp door lock was broken need new door /lock&open handle spare parts

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

FixYa is sorry but this Forum does not supply parts, part numbers, prices or other details direct; it's just made up of ordinary guys and gals, probably at home, from all over the world, with experience of addressing problems and giving guidance for free on the web. Also members on Fixya are not 'affiliated' to, or representative of, any manufacturer at all, just using their experience gained on many makes and models, probably over many years ;-0)

Spares Suppliers
You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make model number) washer spares' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can order. Alternately you could try telephone directories for spares suppliers but I would think the former would be more successful.

If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

Canon Command Back T70

I would try ebay. Check for sellers who sell serviced and reconditioned cameras. They will often have spares salvaged from cameras broken beyond repair.

Avoid cameras sold for spares or repair. This is often used as an excuse to sell junk, but not always.

A reputable seller who sells for spares sholud be able to tell you if a particular part is functional or not, and will refund if they turn out to be mistaken.
