Question about Zebra Eltron P330i Card Printer
I bought a brand you Zebra plastic card printer P330i, printed only 400 cards on it, and now i am facing the problem of "wait temperature" that appears on the lcd. and the printer ceases to print, i tried to check hte trouble shoot online, they said allow the head to cool down, i did, but it went on forever.swtiched off the printer, for one full day, tried to print again, it printed 4 cards, and the problem re-occured. i noticed on teh self test print: printing count = 1600. so i when through the instructed cleaning procedure. then, the printer only printed one card and the "wait temperature" message appears again. Could somone help me with this. I sent Zebra, 3 e-mails, but no reply till now.
Have you cleaned the printhead yet? If it is easy to get to. Use some alcohol and cotton cloth.
