My sim card locked and now I cannot use my cellphone. Will you please give me a number that I can phone for help

If you are on Cingular/AT&T, you can go to aT&T's website to fill out a form and get the SIM unlock code for yourself. I dont know about the other carriers. Remember some carriers may NOT use SIM cards.

its really simple.call your provider and ask for puk code.its normally free of charge.mostly its also available on providers website.go in help section and click on unlock my fone if its there.if not, call em and they will give you the code defo.

call the customer care and get ur puk number...!!!!now enter the puk number instead of the sim lock code.....actually when u enter wrong code for more than 5 times it ll automaticall ask u the puk number.,....in this tab enter ur puk value!

Well I'm happy I can help you.The same problem happened to me and my Samsung Highlight T-749.First, I called Customer Care and they tell you to type in some passwords.If,the passwords they tell you to type in don't work,then they will give you the option of buying a new sim card.The sim cards usually cost about 20 bucks but don't worry because you can back-up the data in your old sim card to your new one.Hope this helped you!
