AEG MCD2664E-m - plate not turning

There is no separate fuse only for turntable motor. Usually there is two fuse, one in High Voltage section (instead fuse could be HV protect diode) and another one for 220 V (light, turntable motor, fun motor, display....). If light work normally then is turtable motor faulty.

The glass plate inside will not rotate

Replacing the turntable motor.

The motor assembly is fixed to the base of the oven usually with two screws and access i obtained by removing the inspection plate directly beneath the motor. It is usally a plug in synchronus motor that revolves at a few revs per minute but the plastic cogs in the motors gear box fail and the motor assembly must be replaced. They are fairly inexpensive and obtainable usually from a domestic appliance repair shop.
If you feel confident, disconnect it from the mains power, remove anything in the cavity and turn it upside down if it is a tabletop model, a little more complicated if it is built in!
Remove the inspection plate and disconnect the motor. Remove the motor and go and get a new one. Re fit it and put the microwave back in its position. Plug it back in, with the turntable and plate. Put a cup of water on the plate inside of the oven and heat for 20 seconds to check the plate goes round.
Hope this helps.

When the door is closed it makes a buzzing noise, the micro still works and the noise goes away when turned on and used

> the noise goes away when turned on and used
Is it possible that the other noise produced when using the oven are only covering up the buzz?
I think your microwave has two power supplies; one that supplies the low voltages for the display and control, the other for the magnetron. The first supply may be a standard line frequency unit using an iron-core transformer and if these are cheaply made, the laminations can vibrate and cause a 'buzz.' Better transformers are 'potted' so that the laminations are glued together with epoxy and can't vibrate. On later units, the magnetron voltage is produced by a 'switched mode' power supply that uses solid ferrite instead of iron and never vibrate.
If it was my unit, I would take it far enough apart to run a couple of beads of epoxy glue across the laminated transformer to kill the resonance.

Spacemaker II makes horrible loud vibration noise

If the vibration is there with the magnetron off, using only the timer section with power set to 0%, then the cooling fan likely has a bad (sleeve) bearing and needs to be replaced.
If the vibration occurs only when the maggie is running (heating water for example) then the noise is probably from loose laminations in the power transformer due to sloppy manufacturing. You can quiet the beast if you remove the back panel and pour about a teaspoon of epoxy glue across the laminations of the transformer. Normally, when transformers are made, the final step is to dip the whole thing into a type of lacquer that seeps into the laminations and keeps them from resonating at line or some related frequency.
I would expect the problem to be caused by the fan(s), especially if this is a unit that also has range hood function too.
If you are in the US, check Johnstone Supply for a store in your area. They are wholesalers to the service trade but I have never been turned down when buying appliance parts there and the savings can be as high as 60%.

Vibrating noise when cooking

In order to try to set your mind at ease I will have to explain the Basics on how a Microwave Oven Functions.
When a Microwave Oven is set to COOK ...START. It cooks at 100%. There is no lowering of the heat as with a Range ( Cook Top) Control. So in order to do the other things such as DEFROST, WARM, or anything other than 100% COOK. A COOK ON- COOK OFF system was utilized. To DEFROST, the Microve COOKS at 100% for 30% of the TIME, then IDLES for 70% of the TIME. COOK ON 30% of the TIME, COOK OFF 70% of the TIME = DEFROST This is why you can hear the CYCLE. More power is required during the ON CYCLE, thus the lower vibration. The Vibration occurs when the High Voltage Transformer is turned ON ( COOK ON).
The VIBRATION seems to have got louder with age. This is somewhat normal as there is a vibration from the High Voltage Transformer present every time the Microwave is used. screws and other metal parts seem to get loose with this vibration. There is no solution, unless you can tighten EVERY screw, nut, and bolt in the unit.
Sorry!
