There are numbers of user guides available online, but I don't think a Hard copy is available everywhere, and since you didn't mention any details about your location or etc..etc.. I can't give you any tips about it. If you wish you to download, here are the links....

60pl9200/37 need user manual


Hi, www.Retrevo.com has original User Guides (for tons of things) in PDF format you can download for FREE. They don't need any personal info from you at all.
If i'm not mistaken you need the Philips 60PL9200D User Guide
(don't worry about that "D").
