Question about Frigidaire Professional Series 24 in. Built-In Dishwasher Dishwasher
The dishwasher wasn't draining with a loud noise coming from underneath. Identified that there was a chip from a coffee mug in the pump housing getting the white, rotating blades stuck upon drainage. Removed the chip, put it back together (o-ring gasket in place and pump housing secure, which is tricky). Dishwasher will drain now, but leaks from the pump housing, which appears securely fastened. The gasket does not appear to be damaged. Any thoughts on why it could be leaking? Model: FPHD2491KFO Serial #: KHO2911086
If it is not leaking around a shaft seal, you can disassemble it again and use permatex or silicon sealer on the mating surfaces
