SOURCE: Sanipro xr is less than 6 months old been working

Water pressure makes the unit kick on and off. Somehow water is draining back into the pump casing, check the flapper on the check valve inside the discharge elbow, it may not be closing properly or may be obstructed allowing waste water to drain back into the pump. Also check the flapper on the flush valve inside the toilet tank (water closet) the flapper may be leaking water into the bowl and from the bowl into the pump casing sitting behind. As far as making a loud noise, there could be a blockage on the drain pipe, blade or impeller. The discharge pipe may be loose, not clamped against the wall and is rattling against the wall when in use.

The pump in the lift chamber has quit working. Check the power to it and if that's not the problem then you will have to get into where the pump is to see if the float is hung up. I know it's a nasty job but someone has to do it.

The pump is leaking some gray fluid

Gray fluid is usually indicative of old oil with water mixed into it. First you have to determine if the fluid is coming out of the motor or pressure pump. Then change the oil in that, or both, and then watch the condition of the oil when you use the washer. With new oil, it won't turn gray but will get a milky coloration to it. There shouldn't be any way for water to get into the motor oil short of the engine being sprayed directly with high pressure water. If water is getting into the pump oil you'll have to check the seals inside the pump.

Sanipro continuously runs, however, not pumping waste away and waste water has filled toilet bowl. Any suggestions

There can be a blockage somewhere in the discharge pipe, the blade or impeller. Also the short discharge pipe or long elbow inside the pump casing may be split open or not attached properly and waste water is just cycling inside the pump casing. Worst case scenario could be a bad capacitor, the capacitor spins the blade and impeller, it that goes bad the unit will just hum and not pump any waste out until is replaced. You can also order parts through Saniflo if needed.

Kenmore 253.78989801. Refrigerator stop cooling, then freezer gradually lost temperature. Melted ice buildup on coils by removing panel in freezer. Restored power. Fan in freezer works, I can hear...

If freezer is not cooling then the chance of frost forming is also out of question. So we need to start of by checking on the prrimary component, the compressor. Make sure the speed of the motor is humming welll or check the motor capacitor. Use a clamp tester to measure the current factor to see the load. If the pumping is low then check for gas pressure in the unit. If not you will need to check why the gas leaked check the leak with compressed air pumped in and monitored.for leak.
Only then recharge gas and seal.
Test the motor before gas filling to confirm the performance.

Need to put in new bearing, it is really starting

Bearing on new motor failed for some reason, Make sure the new one will last, check that all shields and water deflecters are in place and that pump seal is not leaking. New motor bearings should be sealed but water has a bad habit of getting into anytging we try to keep dry.
I recomend replacement of pump seal whenever pump is opened and impeller is removed, cheep insurance. Take your time and make sure everything is clean as it goes back together, don't lubricate the pump seal faces, the ceramic faces are designed to be self lubricating and anything (even fingerprint oils) on them can cause a leak.

The pump seal is bad on the unit. This requires disassemble of the pump unit. Remove power to the unit, dissasemble pump housing, remove the impeller from the shaft of the motor by removing the allen screw with an allen wrench. Seperate pump housing from motor remove the old seal replace seal. Lube motor shaft with a little clean oil or wd40 to facilitate easy install thru new seal, reassemble in reverse.
