Question about Dell E2011H Monitor
My lcd is not changing its screen resolution it is stuck on 640x480 and the screen is blurry what do i do ?

Tips for a great answer:
Turn on the PC. Press F8 at booting into windows 7. It will display many options
Select the Enable low resolution video(640x480) then login to system.
then change the resolution as required
Right click on a empty space on the desktop and click on Screen Resolution.
