Headlamps are not fused directly.Wiring will have to be traced.I would first inspect the headlamp switch for signs of overheating.

Actually the yellow wire is the key on (ACC) power. Above in the first picture is the wiring diagram which as you can see the wire I marked with the yellow arrow (the yellow wire) goes through the ignition switch and only supplies power with the key on. The constant power wire is going to be the orange wire (I marked that wire with a orange arrow). I continued to the next picture below the first picture marking the same wires and colors from the first picture to the radio. The fuse for the yellow wire is in the fuse panel inside the vehicle (see location in the 3rd picture and marked the fuse panel with a red arrow). and will be the one marked radio either on the cover or the panel itself but should be a 7.5 amp fuse. Now the fuse for the orange or the wire that should be constant power is a 5 amp fuse and will be marked "Chime". Now in the last picture (bottom right) is the wiring diagram for the lighter which is kind of a separate circuit. It does have one fuse in common but that fuse feeds power to the fuse panel inside but if that one was out you wouldn't have tail lights, parking lights and a number of other things so I doubt its the main 30 amp maxi fuse in the fuse panel under the hood. The fuse for the lighter as far as a dedicated fuse for the lighter is in the fuse panel inside the vehicle and will be marked "lock" and is a 20 amp fuse. Sorry I don't have a fuse panel diagram as far as the fuse layout but I hope this helps you.
