Did you copy it from the micro-sd card to your computer then try to play the music? The micro-sd card does not have neccessary req's for temporary storage for active files. Try that

To have more storage capacity for your phone, delete unimportant SMS in your INBOX, OUTBOX and SENT ITEMS. Delete also unimportant pictures, videos, music and ringtones. hi,
lets try to fix your problem without spending a single cents..removed your micro sd ,(small memory card of your phone) then scan it in computer,,by doing this you need an all in one card that supported mini sd,mini sd ,memory stick etc..then you will find if your micro sd is having a virus..back up your files then reformat your micro sd ,then after formatting back your files...without your micro sd open your phone ,if it is ok now ,so the problem is your micro sd...if still there the problem ,reset your phone by doing this ,type *#7370# and enter your locked code..wait until the phone reboot itself.
if not works we go to the second solution but you need this gadget and tools in able to fix your problem...

1.mxkey dongle activated
2.ufs interface
3.3110c fbus cable


*open mx key
*select BB5
*put the fbus cable in 3110c



*put the mcu ,ppm ,cnt ..(the flash file must be higher than former version to prevent damage on phones software ,the old version shall appear when you scan or bus check the phone..)
*bus check the phone
*back up rpl first in mx key
*flash the phone and wait until it is done..

well sometimes it happens that laptops or desktops cant read a phone's micro sd card from usb cable so the easiest way is to download a software for your htc!this can be use to make the laptop recognised your phone or else just get a sd/mmc/rs-mmc usb card reader..just put your micro sd in the mmc card reader and plug it in your laptop as a usb pen dirve!!This method is simple, fast and easy..

try to remove micro sd on your phone and put it back again, if it does not work your micro sd is damaged, replace is the only solution.

Audio is probably recorded with different codecs, one of which is unsupported by your frame.

Sometimes the downlodad file format wont support the the file fornat of the phone .If u are using the micro sd card fo the first time the format the card . otherwise it may have this problem.

plug in the sd card and there should be 2 files of the game the nds and sav delete the sav file and it should work

you may have uploaded the unsupported format.try to upload the supported format
