Question about Dell Superb Choice Laptop Replacement Battery for DELL Latitude E5400 Series E5500 Series, Replacemen... (846874007567)
Having trouble getting the entire picture on the screen
Depending upon your operating system, try reducing your resolution to something lower. If your resolution is currently at 1920 x 1600, reduce it down to 1280 x 1024. This should allow you back up & regroup.
On a blank portion of your screen, <Right Click> your mouse, choose "Properties" for Windows XP or "Screen Resolution" for Windows 7, for Windows XP go to the last tab, Find the Resolution slider or drop down menu and choose a lower resolution than the one you are currently using.
If your laptop is connected to an external monitor, use the monitor menu buttons to recenter and shrink the image back to factory settings.
