Noise at slowing speeds like a brake shoe scraping noise. Might be a dry bearing or worn bearing that has intermitant crunching sound.
Noise seems like it's coming from the right front wheel or drive axel bearing. Dry low frequency rasping noise. Only makes the noise at slow speed when breaking. Noise is not there while at running speed on the road. Only at slow speed breaking.
Did check to see if break caliper was stuck or pad was dragging. That does not appear to be the case.

Yeah , You are correct. The wheel bearing is very common problem at low speed , like in a parking lot trying to park, I would take to local mechanic to have the vehcile checked out.
The repair is not very hard and no to labor intensive a few hours at most.
This is a hub issues. the bearings are dry and i would get this looked at before they get to dry. i would also check the entire axle assembly as well. just too be safe. i suspect the bearings will need to be replaced. (repacked)

Did you knock all the rust off the outer edges of noisy rotor when you had wheel off? You know what I mean, the lip on outer edge, about 1/4" thick?
