Question about VeriFone Omni 3700

Verifone omni 3700 series

Once the transaction goes through and the receipt comes out for the customer to sign, the terminal asks if you would like to print out customer recipt, when you press f1 which indicates the yes button nothing happens and it goes back to the original screen, so theres no copy for me to give to the customer, i've tried calling the terminal support but they dont seem to be to helpful, can you please help??? thank you

You have to have it turned on that option in the download for a customer copy to print. Contact your Merchant Account provider and ask for this to be turned on and you will have to do a partial download.

Can I buy the software to remove tamper message and reset verifone omni credit card terminals ? which goes by a lot of other names is not going to reveal their secrets. Stop asking lol..

Receipt Feeds,But Nothing Is Printed On It. Not using thermal paper.
Ensure thermal paper is being used. OR MAYBE
Thermal paper loaded upside down.
Ensure thermal paper is being fed from underneath the roll, as it will only print on one side of the paper.

I am having a problem downloading on my Omni 3750. I have it hooked up to a phone line that only carries the terminal and when I go to download it says carrier lost. The processing company is not...

This usually means that there is a problem with the phone line. also these terminals are very sensitive to noise (static). Another solution is that the modem on the terminal can be damaged. If your processor is not helping maybe you should give me a call i would try to get you better rates and also trade you a working terminal for the damaged one that you have. There are two parts to this problem: 1) actually processing transactions, and 2) all the cards "out in the wild".
Prairie Trail Software sells host software that can process the transactions for you. It would be a custom solution.
However to get the data on all those existing cards will be the problem. You will need to get reports from your current processor that give you all the data about those cards in the wild. If you can not get those reports, then you are not able to transfer all those existing cards (and histories and account balances). In that case, you would need to replace those cards and run side by side until you can get most of them replaced.

3750 fails to complete transaction

it needs to reprogram the machine

erase all of Memory and cache
ask your processing company, build NEW terminal file
and install fresh one.
