a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Can somebody please help me.
I am trying to log into ebuddy. I downloaded the software onto my Blackberry 8110 and then when I click the icon it says "Connection Failed" Your internet settings must be activated for Java Applications, or try again later. Check your phone manual or go to the website (unfortunately I cannot add the link) on how to do this. If this doesn't work you can always use our Lite Messenger".
Now I dont know how to activate Java Applications on my phone. I cant remember how to get to it either. Can someone please point me in the right directionon how to do this.
If I go to the Lite Messenger on the browser it works fine.
Thanks in advance for any help given.

SOURCE: i am unable to access
The handset is preprogrammed with the provider wireless internet, or GPRS settings, so as long as the settings have not been changed and you have the internet service on your wireless providers plan, you should be able to access it. If for some reason you cannot access the internet, I would recommend that you contact your wireless provider to ensure that you have the internet feature on your account before you alter any settings. If you do have the internet feature on your account, then they can either send you the setttings via an update to your handset, or you can have a technical service representative walk you through the GPRS settings for your device, or you can perform a reset on the device and it will restore all of the factory settings which includes the internet settings. If you reset the device you may lose anything stored, such as sms/text messages, mms messages, contact information, games, and ringtones.
