Yes. Vulcan heater company is still making heaters. Here is the link. http://www.vulcanelectric.com/
Grainger is a direct seller of Vulcan heaters, so you chould be able to give them a call, explain what you need or giver them a part number and they will be able to get what you need.

SOURCE: Vulcan Eco 80 Ducted Heater. Fan Runs
Heaters have fans to enable the unit cool down to avoid overheating in the unit. The fans are meant to blow air into the unit at strategic positions. Most units are made such that the fan comes on when the units temperature rises to a certain level and when the temperature drops the fans are supposed to stop. temperature sensors are fitted into the unit to regulate this system to create a balance in the unit. The sensors are supposed to switch the fan on when needed and also turn it off when it is supposed to. If the sensors are bad then the fan continues to run until power is cut from the unit or if the switch which the sensors trigger becomes bad then the fan runs continuously. Fixing this is quite technical in nature and would take an expert to determine which sensors and switches to replace exactly.
