Question about Sony NW-E107 MP3 Player
My NW stopped working here's the problem. when i replaced the battery, the player wouldn't turn on at all. i tried every battery in my house, including the battery i had replaced. nothing. when i plug it into my computer i get the regular USB CONNECT message, but as soon as i take it out, nothing. Is there any hope for my network walkman
Hardware issue (needs replacement) most likely, but:
Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.
