Question about Sony NW-E103 MP3 Player
My NW stopped working here's the problem. when i replaced the battery, the player wouldn't turn on at all. i tried every battery in my house, including the battery i had replaced. nothing. when i plug it into my computer i get the regular USB CONNECT message, but as soon as i take it out, nothing. Is there any hope for my network walkman?
There are a couple of things you can try. First, some players have a master reset switch somewhere on the unit. These switches look just like a small hole, with the word 'reset' over it in small letters. You must use a small wire or pencil point to actuate the switch. Push the switch & try again. Try to reinstall the driver software on your computer. Other than this, there are no user servicable parts in these players & you may need a new one. Make sure you have the battery in properly.
