Ask your Service provider for proper INTERNET or GPRS settings and they will send u have to save and select as default and then click on web it will work :)
Hi for sending and receiving picture messages first of all u should activate a mms service in ur mobile... Then only u are permitted to send or receive any picture msgs... to activate mms facility in ur mobile just make a call to customer care and say that u need to activate mms.. within 24hrs the service will be provided...
TRY A MASTER RESET OF THE PHONE TO CORRECT THIS ISSUE IF THAT DOES NOT WORK THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO TRY ONLINE AT TOPSONY.COM OR TAKE THE PHONE TO A MOBILE SERVICE CENTER AND HAVE THEM FLASH IT FOR YOU.
Hello helen1680 , have you tried sony ericcson's website, you will have to sign up for a free account , but then you can use there free configuration tool to set up your mobile for recieving picture messages, accessing the internet and recieving video's..hope this helps !
make sure your gprs and mms setting correctly. if their no setting you can call you phone operator help line ask them to send gprs and mms setting to your phone.
Make sure you are subscribed to that feature. I would call your provider and make sure of this. Chances are, if you are subscribed to it, they may have made a mistake and turned this feature off for you.
